DSI is
 Early Intervention
DSI's First Steps programs and services are available for infants and toddlers who may be at risk for developmental concerns.
Schools Days
Supports are available for students with developmental disabilities and their families.
School to Work
After an individual with disabilities is finished with school, DSI can help them find the best services available to fit career and daily living needs.
Vocational and Life Skills Opportunities
DSI offers many training and learning opportunities for people with disabilities. Individuals attain community-based employment through job placement services, which match job requirements with their job skills and career goals.
Vocational skills can also be acquired within the agency through work contracted with local business and industry. Greater independence in day-to-day living (budgeting for example) can be achieved through skills acquired from DSI as well.
The Community Team
As DSI focuses on integrating individuals with developmental disabilities into their community, agency professionals establish community connections.
Business to Business
DSI is not only an agency focused on serving people with developmental disabilities, it is also a legitimate subcontract work partner with local and regional industry.
 Living Support Options
Some people may want to support a family member with developmental disabilities in their natural home. For them, Respite Care and Medicaid Waiver programs may best enhance the quality of life for all members of the family.
If there is an interest in securing a placement that includes supervision and training for a family member, DSI group homes may more adequately meet the needs of the individual.
Transportation
DSI offers transportation as a support to the individuals served by the agency
