Developmental Therapy

Service Coordination

  • Information about family rights and responsibilities in the First Steps system.
  • Information and choices about services, providers, and service locations.
  • Development of an individual Family Service Plan.
  • Ongoing monitoring of services to ensure family satisfaction.
  • Coordination among the families' various service providers.
  • Financial Case Management to explain the use of private insurance and public funds to pay for services.
  • Family-to-family connections.
