TERM: Full Time
SUMMARY: Develop holistic service plans with various interdisciplinary teams in accordance with agency philosophy and state and federal regulations of the Medicaid Waiver/Supported Living Program for consumers on assigned caseload. Implement and monitor service plans and recommend changes or adjustments, as needed. Complete functional behavior assessments, develop, implement and monitor Behavior Support Plans for Medicaid Waiver consumers according to program rules and regulations, including dealing with crisis situations.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree from accredited school in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, school psychology, social work, special education or applied health service area of psychology and at least three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
