DSI's professional staff represent some of the most qualified and caring in the state. We are the first agency in Indiana to have our employee training certified by the Department of Labor. Part of DSI's thorough training includes CPR, First Aid, Client Rights, Reporting Abuse/Neglect and Exploitation, Blood-Typing Pathogens, Defensive Driving and Enhancing Verbal Skills. Also part of DSI's Curriculum is Louder Than Words and World of Autism training and many others.
